Pfeninger Warehousing project New Projects Villard Company breaks ground on new warehouse Pfeninger Warehousing, LLC, headquartered in Villard, will expand its operation to Douglas County this year. The company celebrated the expansion with a groundbreaking ceremony Friday, February 1st, 2008. Construction is well underway along Highway 29, about one-mile south of I-94. Total square footage is expected to be about 50,000 and the projected cost is $2.5 million. The new Pfeninger Warehouse will be located on a 37 acre parcel and will serve as the company's central warehousing and distribution center.
